My name is Soumen Barman. I am a PhD student in Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Kolkata, working with Dr. Babu Sudhamalla. I am trying to understand the PTMs of histone and protein interaction, developing the methods for capturing transient protein-protein interaction using unnatural amino acids, and also working on virtual screening of natural compounds against target protein.
