AbstractPMR (Plant/Eukaryotic and Microbial Systems Resource) and its database are a community resource for deposition and analysis of metabolomics data and related transcriptomics data. PMR currently houses terabytes of data and metadata from over 25 species of eukaryotes, and provides a unique resource for computational modeling and hypothesis development. PMR’s web APIs enables PMR data and analytic functions to integrate with other community resources. In this talk, we introduce the PMR database and illustrate its analytic tools. We present a proof-of-concept for the utility of the API as a research science app using
Araport to provide Arabidopsis metabolomics data and its functionality to diverse users.
